22 Sep Kansas Chamber & Wichita Regional Chamber Wrap Up Successful 2025 Congressional Fly-In in Washington, D.C.

TOPEKA, KANSAS, September 22, 2025 — The Kansas Chamber, in partnership with the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce, successfully concluded the 2025 Kansas Congressional Fly-In, held September 10–12 in the nation’s capital. The three-day event brought Kansas business leaders together with members of the state’s congressional delegation, federal policymakers, and national organizations to advance key business issues.
The Fly-In began with a Kansas Welcome Reception hosted by Boeing, followed by congressional briefings at the U.S. Capitol with Rep. Tracey Mann, Rep. Sharice Davids, Rep. Ron Estes, Rep. Derek Schmidt, Sen. Roger Marshall, and Sen. Jerry Moran. Participants also engaged in discussions at Honeywell on top topics including energy, trade, and workforce needs, and gathered at Amazon’s Visitor Landing for the annual Ad Astra Dinner.
The event concluded Friday with an Issues Session at the AT&T Forum featuring panels on tax policy, trade & tariffs, and workforce & immigration, followed by an Inside DC Politics luncheon at Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen sponsored by Invenergy.
“The Fly-In is one of the most impactful advocacy events we host each year,” said Coleen Jennison, Interim President & CEO of the Kansas Chamber. “It gives Kansas business leaders direct access to lawmakers and policy experts on the issues that matter most to our economy.”
John Rolfe, President & CEO of the Wichita Regional Chamber, added, “This is a powerful example of how the Wichita business community’s voice is amplified when we unite as one for Kansas businesses. Meeting directly with our federal delegation allows us to advocate for policies that impact our economy, workforce and quality of life.”
The 2025 Kansas Congressional Fly-In was made possible thanks to the generous support of Boeing, Honeywell, Amazon, AT&T, Invenergy, Koch, Inc., and other corporate sponsors.
