Kansas Chamber Education Foundation Names Tiffany Hall as Executive Director

TOPEKA, KAN. April 13, 2026The Kansas Chamber Education Foundation announced today that Tiffany Hall has been appointed Executive Director, providing executive oversight of the Foundation and its affiliated programs including Leadership Kansas, the Kansas Manufacturing Council, the Kansas Retail Council, and the Kansas Military and Veterans Affairs Council.

In this role, Hall will lead the strategic direction, financial stewardship, and day-to-day operations of the Education Foundation. She will serve as the primary staff liaison to the Foundation Board of Directors and the Leadership Kansas Board of Advisors while ensuring programs remain impactful, relevant, and financially sustainable. Hall will also oversee statewide leadership programming, alumni engagement, sponsor relations, and industry council coordination.

“Tiffany brings a deep understanding of Kansas’ business community and a proven ability to connect leaders, ideas, and opportunity,” said Eric Stafford, President and CEO of the Kansas Chamber. “Her experience building programs, managing complex organizations, and working alongside business and civic leaders across the state makes her exceptionally well-suited to lead the Kansas Chamber Education Foundation and its flagship initiatives.”

Tiffany brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across chambers of commerce, economic development, healthcare philanthropy, and workforce initiatives. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Membership for the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Corporation, where she led membership, sponsorship, and investor strategy supporting regional economic development and workforce priorities.

Her career also includes leadership roles with the LMH Health Foundation, Stormont Vail Healthcare, and the Greater Topeka Partnership, where she developed and funded professional development initiatives and secured full sponsorship support for a young professionals program that later became The Forge.

“I am honored to step into this role and continue advancing the mission of the Kansas Chamber Education Foundation,” Hall said. “Kansas has strong leaders across every region, and I look forward to working with our boards, alumni, and partners to expand opportunity and leadership development statewide.”

We also extend our sincere thanks to Amy Billquist, Vice President of Communications and Events, for stepping in as Interim Executive Director of Leadership Kansas and ensuring program continuity during this transition. Amy will officially hand off the program to Tiffany at the beginning of May.
