24 Aug Kansas Chamber launches reimagined Women in Business conference focused on leadership and influence

The Kansas Chamber today announced the 2026 Women in Business Conference, taking place November 4 at Townsite Tower in Topeka, built around this year’s theme: Lead with Influence.
The Chamber has reimagined the program around how women build influence, lead with conviction, navigate difficult conversations, and move organizations forward. The day will feature keynote speakers, candid panel discussions, an interactive session, and dedicated space for connection among women leaders from across the state.
Confirmed speakers include Jeanne Sparrow, Katie Patterson, Dr. Katie Ervin, Kristen O’Shea and Audra Dinell, with additional speakers and program elements to be announced in the coming weeks.
